At Mervecosmetics.com.my, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

Making a purchase

At Mervecosmetics.com.my, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

We post all orders made before 12pm, Monday - Friday on the NEXT day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).

Once in the way to deliver your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

Before making a purchase

Please take note of the product detail description and product image, especially the colour. Product's colour on the photo may vary slightly from the actual product colours due to different computer display settings. Please do not expect / imagine the outcome based on the model picture.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

After the payment was cleared, accepted & verified, delivery will be arrange.

Pre Order Item

For all the “Pre Order Item” Estimate Time Arrive (ETA) is subject to production dated given or will be inform personally by teams if any change.

We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Return/ Exchange Policy

Online Purchase

1. Return the item (s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days after your date received.

2. Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.

3. All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

4. Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Item (s) must be unused/ unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging.

6. Only purchase made at our HQ is eligible for refund or exchange.

7. It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) & re-delivery to you are not refundable and will be borne by you.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready.
